The Rules

We promise, there’s no catch to your free trial. But, we do have rules to make this trial fair so that you get the best experience possible.

  • Minimum of 10 managed devices for a business to qualify.
  • Only 1 free trial per month, new customers only, first come first serve.
  • Company located within 10 miles of our Tacoma office.
  • Same day (in most cases) onsite response during business hours. A single service call cannot exceed 2 hours. Need longer than 2 hours? You can schedule another service call.

That’s it. We don’t place any restrictions on how to use your free trial.

What if we decide not to work with Tech Masters after the free trial ends?

Imagine never having to worry about your technology breaking down. Or never having to deal with lost billable hours because your network is down…again. Tech Masters helps put you back in control. You’re in the driver’s seat again.

But it’s on us to prove ourselves to you. If 3 months of our top of the line, enterprise-grade service isn’t enough to convince you that your business is better off working with us than without us, we will happily part ways.

Our procedures for customer separation are as quick and easy as our setup.

What if I already have tech support?

If you are worried about alerting your current tech support that you are looking for another provider, we got your back. We can step in without anyone knowing and show you what you’re currently missing.

If you have an in-house team and want additional support, we have systems and procedures in place to work with your current team and get you where you need to be.

Are you going to keep any of my passwords?

We only manage passwords that you want us to manage and if the trial ends and you decide not to be a customer, we will destroy all data concerning your business.

What if I need after-hours support?

The free trail doesn’t come with after-hours support, but you will have the option to purchase it.

What’s the best way to contact you with a problem?

We work with you the way you want! You can text, SMS, email, or phone us and we respond within 4 business hours but usually within 1 hour (and even faster if you call during business hours).

What if our company is 11+ miles away from your office?

In order to make sure we give you great service during your free trial, 10 miles from our Tacoma office is the max radius we can accommodate. 

How do we keep working with Tech Masters after the free trial ends?

Nothing! We simply start billing you for our amazing services. If in the future you think we’ve slipped or aren’t giving it all we’ve got, our month-to-month contracts make it easy to discontinue service.

What are your business hours for onsite visits?

We will provide on-site support between 9 AM and 4 PM.

What if we need more than the 3 hours per week?

We can absolutely help you with more than 3 hours at our regular rate of $180/hr. It’s best practice to create a single point of contact for your free trial, so you don’t waste time on redundant requests and Googleable tech support questions.

What will my nephew do now?

You could give him the month off. He’s probably been working hard.

What if my tech is really old/outdated?

If we find any problems during our onboarding process that prevent us from doing the free trial, we will provide a detailed report with each areas of concern. 

How does your free trial work?

1. Qualify

First you need to qualify for the free trial and see if there’s an open slot.

Your business needs to have a minimum of 10 managed devices to qualify and there’s only 1 free trial per month, given out on a first come, first serve basis.

2. Assessment

Once you qualify, a Tech Master will conduct a full technology assessment for your business to identify problem areas and ways to improve.

The assessment is our roadmap to which of our services you will need during your free trial.

3. Setup & Free Trial

After your assessment, we will start our setup process. We assign one of our Tech Masters to monitor your systems and be your point of contact.  Typically you select a single point of contact for your business during the free trial to minimize redundant requests.
